Qualifications requirement
- Have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
- Min. 3 years of experience as a clinical psychologist

We are ready to develop a junior, young yet dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team at Psychology Blossom! This full-time paid internship position is open to fresh graduates with no experience, who are wiling to learn the business operations of Psychology Blossom. Singapore citizens, PRs, and individuals with the right to work in Singapore (PLOC/LTVP holders) are welcome to apply.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Assist with onboarding, rostering, and team coordination.
- Manage and maintain the clinic's website and online platforms.
- Process invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- A passion for mental health and a genuine interest in supporting our mission.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- No prior experience is necessary—hands-on training will be provided!
- Must be able to commit a 6-month contract.
