About Helen

Helen comes from Hull, England and has been living in Singapore since 2013.

Helen has over 20 years of experience working with youths and parents in both the UK and Singapore, in both local and international school sectors.

Helen began her career change into the field of counselling and psychotherapy in 2020.

In her spare time, Helen likes travelling, reading, listening to music along with watching sport and exploring nature through walking and hiking.

Qualifications and Experience

Helen is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with the University of Roehampton, London (UK), delivered in Singapore by Aventis Graduate School.

She also holds the Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy from The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore, training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

She has experience working as a school counsellor in an international school in Singapore.
