She believes that movement and art has the power of bringing better life and well-being to people. Sarah also loves animals and spends her time outside of work chilling with her two cats and a dog.

Qualifications & Experience

Sarah completed her MA in Art therapy and she is a Professional Member of the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA).

Sarah has experience working in both a mental health organisation and a domestic violence shelter for women and children in Singapore.

Approach to therapy

With a person-centred approach, Sarah fosters a supportive and empathetic space where clients can use art as a medium to process, express, and make sense of their inner experiences. Sarah’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that the creative process can offer profound insights into the unconscious mind, while also promoting emotional resilience and self-awareness. Sarah works collaboratively with clients to build a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages authentic expression and supports emotional healing.
