Building Bridges: Non Violent Communication
Building Bridges aims to enhance your personal and professional relationships by transforming the ways in which you communicate through our NVC Essentials workshop. It is specially designed to support professionals in fostering healthier work environments through honest expressions and deep listening, while also benefiting those seeking to improve their private relationships and establish healthy boundaries.
Led by Singapore’s first Non-Violent Communication (NVC) trainer, Miki Amrita, these sessions will allow you to apply NVC principles, helping you strengthen connections with loved ones, improve communication in personal settings, and foster more meaningful, harmonious relationships in your daily life.
