About Zofia

Zofia has been living in Singapore since 1999 and brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her practice. As a mother of third-culture kids, Zofia understands the unique challenges faced by expatriates and is passionate about helping her clients navigate these difficulties in both short-term and long-term therapy.

Her previous experience includes working with high-achieving professional athletes, providing her with insights into managing high-pressure environments and fostering resilience.

Zofia is an animal and nature lover, with a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. She respects and honors each individual's unique background and upbringing, striving to provide a welcoming and affirming space for all her clients.

Approach to Therapy

Zofia tailors her therapeutic approach to the specific needs of each client, addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
