About Natasha Chainani

Natasha is a counsellor-in-training at Psychology Blossom. She brings diverse perspectives to the table, drawing from her identity as a Third Culture Kid and previous work experiences in the corporate setting.

Natasha was born in Mumbai, and has lived across Singapore, USA and UK. She returned to Singapore in 2016 to work in healthcare at the systems level, before transitioning to counselling and pursuing her passion to help clients at the individual level. She currently lives in Singapore with her mini labradoodle, Nayah.

Natasha believes that every individual has to undertake a journey to better understand themselves and their values in order to be truly happy and healthy, and is committed to helping clients undertake this journey. Having benefited from therapy herself, Natasha is a passionate advocate for youth mental health, wellbeing at the workplace, and equitable access to mental health services.

Natasha Chainani's Qualifications

She has a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Microbiology) with a minor in Public Health from the University of Rochester, and a Masters in Public Health from Imperial College London. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Counselling at Monash University. Natasha also brings insights to sessions from her corporate work experience, having worked as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in healthcare policy for the Singapore government.
She provides a safe, inclusive space, drawing from integrative approaches across CBT, ACT, person-centred therapy to empower individuals through their self growth journey

Natasha Chainani's Approach

Natasha is passionate about working with clients, both adults and children, going through anxiety, depression, identity issues, cultural transition, self-confidence and workplace issues, substance-abuse disorders, body dysmorphia and those with special needs.
