Claudia specialises in trauma and couples therapy. She first helps her clients cleanse from past and current wounds, and then helps them blossom. Claudia is a Level 3 Gottman Therapist and utilises an eclectic approach, incorporating from multiple psychological approaches such as EMDR, AF-EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Schema Therapy amongst others.
Dr Kavitha Dorairaj
Dr. Kavitha passionately empowers clients to achieve their goals and enhance emotional wellbeing, paving the path to a fulfilling life. She has a compassionate, non-judgemental and respectful therapeutic style that enables clients to feel safe, understood, and validated. Her therapeutic approach incorporates EMDR, Schema Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, DBT, CBT, ACT and the Gottman Method.
Deborah Ong
Deborah Ong specialises in adult mental health. She empowers clients through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, supporting meaningful change and personal growth. Her therapy approach is down to earth, compassionate, and collaborative, and she seeks to hold safe space for clients in a way that is inclusive and respectful.
Syaza Hanafi
Syaza helps clients improve their emotional wellbeing, reach goals, and live meaningful lives. She adopts an evidence-based approach, actively applying scientific findings to clinical practice and vice-versa. She uses play therapy and sand-tray therapy for children, and also utilises ACT, CBT, SFBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy as a transdiagnostic approach to identity, trauma, and addiction in adults and adolescents.

Su Hwei adopts a client-centered, collaborative approach when working with adults and couples, integrating evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT and Gottman, to help clients achieve their mental health goals. Anthony Wong
Anthony Wong has extensive experience in the mental health and social service sectors, and focuses on helping clients navigate and heal from their traumatic experiences. He believes that everyone has the capacity to overcome their struggles and lead meaningful lives despite their past experiences. Anthony utilises an integrative approach, including techniques such as EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and the Integrative Somatic Narrative Approach (ISN) that he developed.
Sukalyani Swain
Sukalyani specialises in trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. Her multi-country and multicultural exposure has given her a deep understanding of human behaviour and their challenges in diverse environments. Sukalyani’s therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and AF-EMDR, amongst others.
Natasha Hotung
Natasha specialises in therapy for adults, children, teens, families, and clinical assessments. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families by addressing their emotions, concerns, and relationship issues. She uses CBT, ACT and other techniques like mindfulness. Natasha provides guidance through challenging life situations in a positive and holistic way, tailored to each client’s needs.
Emily Noble
Emily is very passionate about helping individuals become able to embrace their whole, genuine selves, and realise their full potential. She uses an integrative approach grounded in PCT, CBT, EFT, CFT, Schema Therapy, IFS and Mindfulness. No matter what therapeutic techniques she employs, she firmly believes in being non-judgmental, accepting, and empathetic, while bringing an attitude of respectful curiosity in her work with clients.
Valerie Rijnders
Valerie specialises in working with adults and teenagers by providing them with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space to share their stories and explore life's challenges, no matter how big or small. She is also passionate about supporting women through their pregnancy journey or those who are experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety and rage.
Joey Wang
Joey has extensive experience working with adults and teenagers. Drawing from her experiences as a Secondary school counsellor, she supported a diverse range of students who were navigating various life challenges. By tailoring to their individual needs, she provided a safe space for these students to express their concerns and develop healthier coping strategies, so that they can excel in their academics and other areas of life. Joey uses CBT, DBT, SFBT, PCT and mindfulness techniques to meet her clients’ unique needs.
Sarah Amor Oh
Sarah is an art psychotherapist who believes that art has the power to change people’s lives and increase their overall wellbeing and quality of life. By using art as a medium for self-expression, her therapeutic approach allows her clients to discover and gain insights about their unconscious mind, which can be beneficial in tackling negative and unhealthy thoughts and behaviours.
Catherine Chan
Catherine provides empathetic therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, or work issues. Having direct experience in the business world and all the expectations that comes with being an executive, mother, and wife, she is extremely empathetic and understanding towards her clients, and believes every person may encounter unique and distinct challenges throughout life and if equipped with the right tools, can make things better. Catherine uses CBT as her preferred therapeutic approach and integrates her treatments with SFBT.
Zofia Reynard
Zofia specialises in working with adults through their various concerns and her multicultural background allows her to better connect with clients from diverse cultures. She incorporates different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, SFBT and mindfulness-based techniques to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Krisna Malani
Krisna brings a multicultural lens, authenticity, and warmth to her practice. She provides a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for adolescents and adults to share their stories and explore their challenges, and believes that we could all use a little help from time to time, and that no issue is “too small” or “too trivial” to seek support for. Krisna tailors her approach to meet each client’s specific needs and goals, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Krisna is LBGTQIA+ affirming.

Nadya offers a safe, non-judgemental and LGBTQ+ friendly space using ACT, narrative therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. She is passionate about providing an accepting space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings, and believes that everyone can benefit from counselling. Nadya also specialises in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Helen offers a safe, supportive space for teenagers above 16 years old to explore their thoughts and feelings, having worked with youth and parents in the local and international school sectors. Helen is a firm believer that our mental and emotional health is as important as our physical health for overall well-being. She focuses on mental and emotional well-being, empowering clients towards personal growth and resilience.

Inspired by her transformative journey, Serena is passionate about assisting others to achieve similar growth and self-discovery. Her therapeutic practice is not bound by a single methodology, but rather integrates these approaches to cater to the unique needs of each client.
Kai Xuan Lim
Kai Xuan excels in active listening and provides compassionate emotional support to her clients. Kai Xuan's multicultural background enables her to bring a broad and inclusive perspective to her practice. She is committed to fostering trusting relationships through her open-mindedness, warmth, and deep understanding of diverse cultural contexts. She uses mindfulness and meditation techniques to help her clients and is currently undergoing training for CBT and ACT.
