Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology

• Able to conduct assessments and therapy in Mandarin, French, German, would be an added advantage
• Relevant experience working with children

Job responsibilities:

• Conducting psychometric assessments for a range of learning difficulties and neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and specific learning disorders, as well as adaptive functioning and social/emotional/behavioural assessments
• Passionate about psychological intervention and continuing therapeutic support for clients and their parents after assessments.
• Offering counselling for children and youth across a range of social, emotional, and behavioural issues
• Provide detailed recommendations for the individual needs of the child, and work together with parents and schools in formulate individualised therapy plans
• Contribute to mental health promotion programmes and psychological duties within the company

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Replying to client’s enquiry or appointment scheduling via WhatsApp or calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
• Assist the General Manager with onboarding, and team coordination with our therapists ensuring their administrative requests are met.
• Process invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records.
• Any other administrative tasks given by the General Manager.
