Adeline is a social psychologist and career counsellor who supports adults navigating career transitions, expatriation and identity at work. She works mainly with professionals, managers and expatriates who feel stuck, overwhelmed or at a crossroads in their career, and who want to rebuild a sense of direction and confidence at work.
A key part of her practice is in-depth career assessment and skills review, similar to the French “bilan de compétences”: a structured process that helps clients review their professional journey and experience, clarify what they want next and design a realistic professional project.
Having lived abroad for several years herself, she has a particular interest in relocation, international careers and the impact of major life changes (such as career breaks) on one’s identity at work. Her style is warm, structured and practical, helping clients turn reflection into clear decisions and concrete steps.
Adeline focuses on the intersection between mental health and work. She supports clients who are considering a career change, stepping into a new role, returning to work after a break, or adjusting to a new country or work environment.
A distinctive part of her work is offering structured career assessments – comprehensive reviews of one’s skills, values, interests and experience to help clients clarify their next professional chapter.

Adeline is a French-trained Social Psychologist and a Certified Career Coach. She has over 15 years of experience in career counselling, recruitment and competency assessment, supporting adults at different stages of their professional journey. Before moving to Singapore, she worked in HR consulting and career development, conducting numerous career assessments, skills reviews and outplacement programmes.
Over the years, she has developed a strong expertise in working with professionals and expatriates who are questioning their path, considering a career change or preparing a move or return to their home country. Adeline is also trained in career coaching and vocational guidance and regularly updates her practice through continuous professional development in evidence-based approaches to mental health and work, motivation and sustainable careers.
Although Adeline is not a clinical psychologist or psychotherapist, she works as a Social Psychologist and Career Counsellor. Her focus is on work, identity at work and career-related transitions rather than on intensive clinical psychotherapy.
She offers a safe and structured space to talk about work, stress, career decisions and life changes.
Sessions are both reflective and practical: clients are invited to explore their thoughts, emotions and patterns at work, and they also leave with concrete strategies and realistic steps to move forward in their professional life. When a client’s needs go beyond her scope or require specific clinical treatment, Adeline will discuss this openly and may recommend working alongside or referring to a clinical psychologist or other healthcare professional.
