It includes multiple structured modules that cover communication, behaviour, social interaction, and sensory responses. Each autism screening can be adapted to suit the individual’s age and specific needs, ensuring accuracy and fairness. Whether conducted in-person or remotely, the aim is to deliver clarity and actionable guidance for both individuals and their families.

Here are the key components of our assessment::

Our assessment includes 5 test modules, covering key areas for a comprehensive evaluation.
It offers both in-person and remote options to ensure flexibility and convenience.
A final consultation provides detailed explanations and personalized recommendations based on the results.
The entire process takes 1 to 4 weeks, from application to the final consultation.
Active participation from both the patient and caregivers is required throughout the process.
Additional options such as IQ testing or further autism screening are available.
We assess individuals from ages 3 to 99.

The components of assessment

After scheduling your autism test Singapore, it is normal to feel some uneasiness, especially if this is your first evaluation. Many families and individuals worry about the process, but our role is to make it as supportive and transparent as possible. Every autism assessment is carried out with compassion, professionalism, and respect for the individual’s pace and comfort level. From the first meeting to the final feedback session, we aim to ensure confidence, clarity, and a sense of empowerment for both clients and caregivers

Administration of an AD0S-2 Module (1h) - in person

A set of standardised activities and questions designed to give the clinician opportunities to observe behaviours that are directly relevant to the diagnosis of ASD. The ADOS-2 incorporates the use of planned social activities catered for different developmental levels and chronological ages to create situations in which social interactions, communication and particular types of behaviours are likely to appear.

ADI-R (1.5 – 2.5h) - in person

A semi-structured diagnostic interview with parents or caregivers to assess an individual’s history and current functioning. Questions will be asked on the individuals’ language or communication, reciprocal social interactions, stereotyped and repetitive behaviours and interests, and the presence of developmental abnormalities evident at or before 36 months.

Social Responsiveness Scale - remote

A questionnaire that reliably measures the extent of social impairment and distinguishes ASD from other conditions.

Social Communication Questionnaire - remote

A brief questionnaire completed by a parent/adult or other primary caregivers that helps to screen for ASD by evaluating communication and social functioning in individuals.
