About Chloe Manier

Chloe is an online counsellor based in Australia. She works mainly with adults with various concerns helping them to lead happier and more meaningful lives.

Chloe believes in a holistic approach to well-being. Her compassionate, empathetic and non-judgmental approach helps individuals empower themselves regardless of any challenges. Working collaboratively to ensure they are respected and heard providing support with strategies for positive solutions and meaningful change.

Chloe’s European heritage and extensive travel living in Australia and abroad have given her a deeper understanding and empathy for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.


Specialisations

Chloe works with clients helping them with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, trauma, grief and loss, self esteem, motivation and relationship issues.


Qualifications and Experience

Chloe earned her Diploma of Counselling from the Australia Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) in 2019 and completed her Introduction to Psychology course at the University of Tasmania in 2021. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Macquarie University in Sydney. Chloe has been working with clients since 2016 and regularly undergoes clinical supervision. A member of the ACA – Australian Counseling Association and APS – Australian Psychological Society.


Approach to Therapy

Chloe uses a Person-Centred approach to therapy incorporating healing modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) along with Relaxation techniques and Mindfulness.

Chloe provides online therapy in English.
