Natasha is passionate about empowering individuals and families by addressing their emotions, concerns and relationship issues.
Natasha adopts a personalised client-centric approach, working together and developing trust in a secure, non-judgmental environment to make sure her clients feel heard, taken care of, and emotionally supported when they leave her sessions. Natasha believes that every individual is capable of overcoming personal challenges and to recover, heal and lead a fulfilling life. Having come from a diverse background and having lived, studied, and worked in London, Hong Kong, and currently Singapore, Natasha contributes an open and multicultural perspective to her therapeutic practice. Natasha is also LGBTQ+ affirmative.
Natasha’s areas of expertise includes working with clients ranging from children to adults, and families with a variety of presentations such as Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem, Perfectionism, Relationship Issues, Parent-child management, Parenting Issues, Family Issues, Childhood trauma, Social Interactions, School Avoidance and Bullying, Academic and Work-related issues, Emotional Regulation, Stress, Chronic health issues, Transition and adjustment issues. Natasha also provides ADHD intervention and assessments, as well as IQ testing for both children and adults.
Natasha completed a Bachelor of Arts at Royal Holloway, University of London and a Graduate Certificate in Psychology at the Institute of Education (UCL) in the UK. She also completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Child Development Psychology at University College London (UCL) with Distinction and holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University.
Before transitioning to a career in psychology, Natasha worked as an English and Drama teacher and educational coach where she taught primary and secondary school students with learning differences, gaining experience in both local and international school environments in Hong Kong. She also recently held a research position in the Psychological Medicine department at King’s College London (KCL) and King’s College Hospital NHS in the UK. During her time at King’s, she contributed to various research projects and co-authored peer-reviewed articles with her colleagues. Natasha also conducted health assessments for patients facing emotional challenges like depression and anxiety linked to chronic physical conditions. In addition, she has volunteered to support individuals with both physical and mental health issues within the NHS and other mental healthcare settings across the UK.
Natasha offers guidance in a compassionate and positive way, tailored to each client’s specific needs. Natasha integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to support individuals who are navigating challenging life situations. Natasha also conducts clinical ADHD assessments and interventions, as well as IQ tests for both adults and children. Combining evidence-based practices with a client-centric approach, Natasha empowers her clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns and to cultivate present-moment awareness to help them lead meaningful lives aligned with their personal values and goals. Dedicated to providing higher levels of quality care, Natasha is currently finishing an ADHD Intervention provider certification. She is also undergoing training for Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Schema Therapy.
