About Nandika Sirish:

Nandika is a counsellor-in-training at Psychology Blossom. She believes that therapy allows individuals to explore their strengths and weaknesses in depth, to lead more meaningful and healthier lives. Nandika believes that every individual has an innate ability to develop emotional resilience when provided a safe space to share their emotions, thoughts, and feelings. She approaches her clients with warmth, respect, and acceptance and ensures that her clients feel seen, heard, and understood after every session.

Nandika’s Approach:

Nandika is passionate about working with clients dealing with phobias, anxiety, depression, school/workplace bullying, academic/work-related stressors, burnout, friendship and romantic relationship issues, and migration related challenges.

Nandika’s Qualifications:

Nandika has a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Wollongong (Australia), and is currently pursuing her masters at Monash University.

Nandika’s Background:

Over the past 5 years, Nandika has worked with children as young as 3, and teenagers in academic settings, where she was responsible for her students’ socio-emotional health and growth. Since 2021, Nandika has been conducting one on one sessions with young adults in their 20s, to assess their quality of life and mental health. Nandika also engages in volunteer work where she provides para-counselling for teenagers and adults.

Nandika is able to conduct counselling in English.
